Environmental and Quality Policy

Printgraphics is committed to excellence as a specialist printing company and to minimise the impact our activities have on the environment. We cater for A1 plus jobs in our prepress, printing and binding departments. We specialise in full colour promotional materials, catalogues, brochures, posters, annual reports, book publications, newsletters/magazines etc.

In pursuit of its goal as being a market leader in the industry, the Directors and staff care for and respect the environment whilst providing customers with quality products and service that has been developed within an integrated management system framework that ensures environmentally responsible and quality controlled processes through each phase of production.

In order to demonstrate environmental diligence and excellent performance Printgraphics maintains its management system and processes to the requirements of the international standards ISO9001 and ISO14001 to which we have third party certification. As part of this commitment, Printgraphics ensures compliance to applicable legal and other requirements from clients, local regulatory bodies and other interested parties.

The Directors and staff are committed to:

  • Continual improvement of its quality processes and service; reviewing its environmental objectives and targets to reduce waste and prevent pollution
  • Reducing the consumption of energy and other consumable products such as paper, inks, plastic + cardboard etc used for packaging
  • Establishing and reviewing its business objectives

Printgraphics' environmental and business objectives and targets are reviewed at least annually, monitored and measured where practical to improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system and to ensure we achieve our environmental goals.

Staff members are encouraged to report any condition that is perceived to be harmful to the environment or people. Management is responsible to ensure staff and other performing work on behalf of Printgraphics are made aware of the policy.
